What To Wear Every Day: Summer Outfit Formulas

For when you're too tired/too hot/too busy to deal.

So in west LA, weirdly, it’s still cold. Like cold, for the most part. But I know this weekend is Memorial Day, and thus summer is officially starting. I’ve gotten some requests via comments, notes in the chat, responses, tiny birdies, you NAME it - for outfit ideas for summer. And in my experience, the ideal outfit idea is more of a formula that can be replicated over and over with different items and different accessories to make the whole thing look….different!

And so, here’s a handful to get started with. These are, as ever, pretty practical. Pretty wearable. Digestible, and not tricky. They’re formulas I’ve thought about a lot over the past week or so, and thus, fall into my “what to wear every day” umbrella.
