The Frontier - Stoner Mom, & Other Taboos

Last week I was watching Selling Sunset - I love it - and I imagine a lot of you watched this too, but for those who don’t swim in the pond of The O Group, let me summarize a scene:

A group of women go on vacation together to Palm Springs from LA. Two of the women don’t get along - we already know this - but they all go to Palm Springs. On the first night, there’s a group dinner at the house they’ve rented. The two women who don’t like each other get in a fight! They’ve all been drinking all day. So one of the women accuses the other of being on drugs - she accuses her of being high on weed or mushrooms (more or less…she says she’s acting cracked out but then specifically lists weed and says she’s seen her do mushrooms, etc etc). The one being accused is SO HORRIFIED, the next morning she leaves the vacation house, in secret, to go get a formal drug test. Meanwhile, that night they both get into a potty-mouthed drunken fight and one of the women ends up calling the other a cunt. —SCENE—
