Hi yall! This one will be short because I’m at the airport having a glass of wine before my flight to Paris, but here are a few things:
VERY GOOD WIDE LEG JEANS
I posted myself in these today and got a bunch of requests for the ID and….they’re Citizens of Humanity! I’m such a Wrangler girl but when I do deviate, it’s for Citizens. I love how basic their denim is, soft, but not stretchy. Substantial, but not heavy. And always classic cuts. I like these for a pair of slouchy 90s feeling, especially with a boxy oversized blazer (mine is this from The Row). Citizens of Humanity, $238
SOMETHING I WISH I HAD RIGHT NOW
While I was packing, I couldn’t stop thinking about this Birrot jacket I posted a few weeks back. I love it so much, the clean lines, the buttons all the way up the neck, the color…and then how chic would it be with this periwinkle skirt, also from Birrot? I want. Birrot jacket, $555, skirt, $250
THIS PINSTRIPE SCARF
It’s enormous, it’s pinstriped, it’s perfect. I can think of ten thousand ways to wear it. I’m very much a Cos girl, and this is why - simple things that make your wardrobe infinitely better that not everyone else has, or would even think to buy. Cos, $375
WESTMAN ATELIER BROWN MASCARA
I don’t make it a habit to wear makeup everyday because I find that if you do - on the days when you don’t wear it, everyone is like…woah, wtf happened to you… But I was recently gifted this brown mascara from Westman Atelier and….oh boy, it is very good. Soft and feathery, fluttery, subtle, everything you want - and for me, wearing it in brown makes it even more subtle and invisible - but it still does the thing, you know? I also can’t get over how beautiful the red color of the tube is. It’s expensive as hell (for a mascara) but jesus christ, it does the job and then some. Westman Atelier, $45
That’s it for this week! ILY!
