Welcome! To a new gift guide, and kicking off a series of a handful guest-edited by my friends, because, as I readily admit, I suck at gift giving. Consider this my phone a friend. First up, is my friend Victoria, who is a) the nicest, warmest, most loving person, and b) is a total jewelry buff and runs the jewelry consultancy The Stax.
