Ok, I’m expanding the Fancy Mom franchise - you asked, I heard you! More about my mom! Fine! She’s a great - GREAT - cook, and is always making new things then documenting them in her iPad and making these fabulous little diary entries about them. She typed this one out too so it’s easy to read, but I think the pages from her journal are the most charming. I haven’t tried this myself (I don’t cook), but I’m sure it’s divine, and according to her, is something you can kind of throw together last minute. Here you go!
